What is the derating of GV2* at 50 degree Celsius?

Our GV2 and GV3 thermal-magnetic circuit breaker (e.g. GV2ME /GV2 P / GV3P / GV3ME80) have a temperature compensation system. This system allows retaining the thermal tripping level when the ambient temperature is from -20° to 60°C in open space and from -20°C to +40°C within an enclosure.

So 50 degrees for GV2, GV3 mounted in open space is not a problem at all and no derating needed.
But if you use GV2 or GV3 inside the enclosure you have to derate by 1% in respect of each 1°C increment above temperature 40°C (up to 50°C)
If they are inside enclosure you have to derate by 1% in respect of each 1°C increment above temperature 40°C.
Example: If thermal tripping level is 10A at 30°C, then when temperature is 45°C you have to adjust the dial to 10A+(45-40)%=10A+5%=10.5A
